Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added at the checkout, please check the necessary option given in the product descriptions.

Small Parcel (AUS) -  $1 AUD

This option is for Fine Art Cards to be shipped within Australia.

Medium Parcel (AUS) - $35 AUD

This option is for all books, decks, and Woman’s Wheel of Awakening Cards, to be shipped within Australia.

Small Parcel (INTL) - $3 AUD

This option is for Fine Art Cards to be shipped outside of Australia.

Medium Parcel (INTL) - $45 AUD

This option is for all books, decks, and Woman’s Wheel of Awakening Cards, to be shipped outside of Australia.

Packaging & Timeframes

All items are lovingly wrapped up and shipped in padded parcels or boxes. 

A delivery timeframe of 5 days is estimated if local to Perth, otherwise, approximately 2 weeks for shipping to Eastern Australian states and 2-4 weeks for international shipping. 

Refunds

If you have an issue with your item or need to request a refund, please get in touch with Jyoti through the contact form, within 5 days of receiving your item. 

Jyoti takes great care in ensuring you receive your item with the joy that you expected, therefore, if there is an issue she will help in any way she can to rectify the problem!

The decision to grant a refund, however, is kept at Jyoti’s discretion, therefore, needs to be presented with a valid reason in addition to returning the item in question in good condition.
